I like this place, because it combines a modern place with a traditional German “Kneipe” called the “Schänke” in this case. The latter is where I prefer to go and have a delicious “Currywurst” with French Fries and some good “Kölsch”! Would definitely recommend this place!
Delicious, my pumpkin soup was amazing. It came with one shrimp roll, which was yummy. We got the lunch special, which was the white sausages with salad and pretzel. Great portion and tasted amazing. I will surely be back. Update: Unfortunately, after I posted, we went back for lunch, and I must say that service was non-existent. I know service here in Europe is not like in North America, and tip culture is not the norm, but I feel almost invincible with the way we were treated. I hope they can do better. Im sad that I have to downgrade the service to 1 star from 4 stars.
We were on the way from Belgium to Austria. We came without reservation. Close to Christmas time. But they were kind . The food is fantastic and like homemade. Really recommend. Location is close to highway 4. Very friendly team.
