Superb! Highly recommend! We recently spent 4 days in Willa Barbara and we loved it. Located on the hill, gorgeous views, very relaxing surroundings, great breakfast included with the price, free parking. Very friendly and professional staff, happy to attend to your needs and answer any questions you may have. Thank you Claudia and Angieszka for your warm welcome. It was refreshing to be met with such hospitality after our long journey. T&B
Just had a lovely two-night stay at this hotel. The receptionist offered a very high standard of customer service. Breakfast was great, and a little different both days. The bed was really comfy and the hotel was quiet. We enjoyed time in the cinema, sauna and playing scrabble when it was rainy. There were some nice little additional unexpected touches that made us smile. The only downside is they don't serve food and there isn't anywhere nice nearby to eat if you don't have a car. If you do have a car, then you'll find a meal within a short drive (out of Lądek-zdroj).
Great view, very nice personel. Praces are average. Still 2 dogs living in the hotel are a problem for those, who has allergy or do not prefer staying with animals.
