Willow Tree Estate

We had our wedding weekend here in July 2025. It was picture perfect! We used all the rooms and our guests are still raving about the amazing facilities and beautiful scenery and weather we were so lucky to have. Plenty of room for all the kids to run around and lots to keep them occupied; pool table, games room and plenty of other board games and such. We saw wallabies passing by one dusk which the kids were all excited about. Every one had their own bathroom and with so many kids it made life much easier. We used both the indoor dining area and outside deck which were both lovely. Plenty of room and created a nice intimate experience when eating. The wedding ceremony area was lovely. Paved pebbles which meant you didn't have to worry about stumbling when coming down the aisle. Nice touch of having steps to come down and the arbour is well placed with a nice background for photos. Nat & James were so lovely to deal with and made organising our wedding space and event so easy. They were able to recommend local business which were reasonable in price and they were all so accommodating. We would definitely recommend and would love to return there one day!

We had the most incredible weekend away at Willow Tree Estate with 20 mums, and it was honestly perfect! The estate is absolutely stunning, set on beautifully manicured grounds with breathtaking views over the Hunter Valley. The house was spacious, luxurious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay. It was the ideal setup for a large group. Almost every bedroom had its own en suite, which made things so comfortable and easy. The rooms were generous in size, thoughtfully styled, and gave everyone space to unwind. A standout feature was the commercial kitchen, which made it effortless to bring in caterers for a long, leisurely lunch, such a treat! There were also plenty of inviting indoor and outdoor areas to gather, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company. What truly made the experience exceptional were our wonderful hosts, Natalie and James. From the very beginning, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly communicative. Nothing was ever too much trouble — they made the entire booking and arrival process seamless, and even went above and beyond by express posting something I left behind after checkout. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture! The property comfortably housed all of us and provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable and joy-filled weekend. We’re already dreaming about our next visit. We hired Willow Tree for a family celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary, as we wanted a place with at least 10 bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. Willow Tree fitted the bill, and the house and grounds were beautiful. Everyone raved about the place.
