Willowdale Retreat

What an amazing place to stay! We booked a 12 bedroom villa for my husband birthday and it was perfect for the amount of people we had. The house is extremely comfortable, everything you need it’s there. It had something to do for different group age which it made it fun for everyone. It was easy to communicate with the staff when we had an issue with the A/C which they came to fix it pretty quick. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Our stay at Villatel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained the entire property was. The rooms were large, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Our kids were absolutely thrilled with their themed rooms, complete with slides and a fully equipped game room that kept them entertained for hours. It was such a joy seeing them have so much fun right in the comfort of our vacation home. The amenities were top-notch, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The check-in process was smooth, and the customer service throughout our stay was excellent — responsive, friendly, and professional. We can’t recommend Villatel enough for families looking for a fun, comfortable, and memorable vacation experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Our main floor bedroom was a warm 82°, luckily we brought an extra fan so it was tolerable to sleep. The pool was fantastic, basketball in the pool was a huge hit. The two reasons we picked the house we did were the golf simulator and the bowling alley. Neither worked the whole week we were there. They did come out to try and fix it and we did end up receiving a partial refund. We cooked every day and the kitchen while adequate was not ideal. There was a 4 or 6 qt crockpot. Way too small to make anything for a house full of people. There was one 9x13 and a couple tiny sheet pans. We bought a stack of disposable foil pans and used them. The kitchen sink water never got hot, therefore the dishwasher never got everything clean even when we rinsed everything completely and soaked the silverware beforehand. We loved the pool and that everyone was able to have their own bedroom and private bathroom.
