Every time I go to a Premier Inn, I feel as if I'm cosseted in warmth and comfort. It is just nice being in these places, and this one is no different. Definitely recommend if you need to stay in Blackburn. If they decide to renovate or upgrade (not that it's needed in anyway), I would suggest more purple lights.
Great location close to all amenities in the centre. Free parking is a plus and noise free when we stayed. Need to let them know that you need a room service rather than general assumption that it will get done. Also the bath was mouldy and rusty.
Several Long hairs found on sofa bed and in bathroom. Clearly not mine! Yuk! Room window does not open so no fresh air. The Location is useful and brekkie reasonable.
