Wil'que Westlake Hotel & Residences

Superb service rendered! I lost my handphone during my recent stay in Hanoi. The hotel manager took the extra mile by sending me to a nearby police station to make a police report and volunteer to help me to translate to the officer. After which, he even assists to send me to a nearby mobile store in getting a Vietnam sim card. Thanks to all the hotel staff for helping to look for my lost phone. I highly recommend anyone travelling to Hanoi to stay in this hotel.

Spacious apartment - stayed in premier suite so was good space for my two kids to walk around and crawl. Good cleaning service. Have a nice coffee shop right below.

While it was good for what we needed, the room and amenities were run down and could use some renovations. Our balcony door leaked during a rain storm. There was water damage to the floor in our room, and we couldn't use the balcony due to wood rot. It smelled musty and moldy in places (i.e., gym). There were so many people taking photos in the garden and pool area that it ruined the peacefulness of using the amenities. For the price, it was alright/average.
