I recently stayed in apartment by Travelio at this hotel and was very impressed with the rooms ,they are spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely clean. However, I was quite disappointed with the service at the reception. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, which negatively affected the overall experience. Additionally, there were frequent electricity outages due to high voltage issues, which was quite frustrating. Sleeping at night was also difficult because of the constant noise from the street. Every night, there seemed to be a motorcycle race happening nearby, causing a lot of disturbance and making it hard to rest. Zero recommend for relaxation or sleep.

I was in room 319,The room was absolutely disgusting,my room was not smoking room but whole night the smell of smoking was coming in the morning I was feeling pain in my chest. The bed sheets was too dirty, the sockets besides the bed was not working.
