The hubby and I needed a relaxing few days so we booked the Getaway Package here. It included time at the spa, dinner reservations at Fire Steakhouse, and I added an extra night. Everything was amazing! All of the staff were simply wonderful, not only helpful but actually friendly as well. The room we had on the 15th floor was so beautiful and more than comfortable, and gave us a beautiful view of a few storms that went through! Our dinner at Fire was amazing. Our waitress was one of the best we have ever had. She was sweet, she knew about the food and recommendations, and she even bought us a piece of cake to take with us for a midnight snack! The next morning, we decided to go out for a bit and see the area. The valet said there was a problem with our truck starting, she went and found the problem that was very minor and told us about it. That is incredible customer service! We did not want to leave our little sanctuary there, but we will 100% be back! We need more of the spa in our lives! I really enjoyed my stay at Wind Creek Atmore! Everyone was so friendly and nice. I liked it so much, I already made reservations to return on August 31st and staying through Sept. 4th. I didn't even make it home and I live 4.5 hrs away and made that reservation. Big Shout Out to Mr. Jim Melton the casino host who helped me get into the Fire Steakhouse that Saturday evening. They definitely know how to make someone feel important.

While the hotel itself is exceptional, I want to acknowledge the colleagues behind the scenes who made my visit truly memorable. Veronica, a host from Montgomery, embodies the standard Wind Creek strives for. She goes above and beyond, not only engaging with guests but ensuring everyone feels valued. Veronica checked on me daily and even looked after my family to ensure they shared the same wonderful experience. She doesn't make you feel like a player but moreso extended which does make it comfortable to go to her for anything. I love how she doesn't show favoritism amongst her players she is truly authentic across the board with everyone. If you have Veronica as your host, you are truly fortunate. Chef Todd also deserves greater recognition. His culinary talent is outstanding, and the atmosphere he creates in his cooking classes keeps guests returning. He is kind, patient, and inspirational, making each class a delight. I encourage Wind Creek to showcase his classes more on social media, as they offer a standout experience because of him! And yes, he is generous with the wine , which only enhances the overall experience. Overall, this has been the best Wind Creek Atmore experience I’ve had, and I was fortunate to win a substantial amount during my stay.
