Wow! From arrival to leaving it was fabulous! Staff very so helpful, on arrival we were given a welcome glass of presecco and then shown to our rooms. We stayed in room 4 with an outdoor hot tub, it was extremely private and was amazing. The room was super clean with a fantastic jacuzzi bath. I also had a treatment which was amazing. Breakfast delivered to our room, which was delicious. Definitely one of my favourite places to stay in Windermere.
Really welcoming nice staff, room was excellent especially the private spa room,the only criticism is missing USB charging socket. Breakfast was outstanding everything you could want to start the day,staff very polite and not over the top like some hotel's Had to leave early so missed breakfast on the last day but the kind man on reception made us two hot sandwiches to take away a big thank you, will definitely be back and recommend this excellent hotel to anyone we stayed in room 7 Windermere love suite with private spa and hot tub. Thank you to all the staff.
Just wanted to say what a beautiful hotel! Fabulous rooms and wonderful staff. An absolute joy to stay here. The breakfast was the best ever! We stayed in the Tievoli room, and we will be back to try the other rooms as everyone of them looked amazing! Thankyou to all the staff- you are superstars x
