Absolutely heavenly stay! The therapist who did my facial was so good. A really good exfoliating and massaging facial which left me feeling amazing. The staff at the spa ensured I was treated well and looked after and pampered and gave me some good advice on after my facial. The food in Loft 18 was delicious and the service was brilliant. I was given a lovely table with a view of the setting sun over the golf course and the staff were great ensuring I was looked after well, but also left to reading my book with a great balance. My room was lovely and really clean. Very comfy bed and pillows and the added bonus was I had a patio door and so had a lovely breeze with a beautiful view over the golf course. The service in every single aspect of my stay was exceptional. I could not have asked for more and will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel, ideal for Coventry Arena set nicely in the countryside. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but they are clean and comfy. The staff are lovely, and the food I had was very good. My only comment was the spa changing area needs some work. It was small, was grubby and there were piles of used towels, robes and slippers.

This visit is purely based on the spa. The entrance is tired and smelt of cigarette smoke, the entrance to the spa is not clear and didn't feel clean or fresh. The changing rooms I would estimate to be around 30 years old, lockers didn't work so had to carry belongings around with me the entire time. I was not given an opportunity to select a time for my treatment and just allocated one which wasn't made clear prior to booking, so was hastily rushed into the treatment as soon as I arrived, which wasn't very relaxing. The pool area was a health hazard, huge puddles of water on a slippery foor, I almost tripped several times sliding on the slimy hair filled, used plaster littered floor. No member of staff came to mop or put up a hazard sign. There were tools to mop the floor propped up by the side, maybe the guests are expected to mop themselves!? The jacuzzi was freezing cold and limited spaces to sit with broken, uncomfortable wooden bench furniture. The pool area was also very dark and had to put up with golfers leering through the glass as I tried to relax. The sauna was fine, steam room needed steam. The facial I had was rushed and just felt like a cleanse, no facial massage. There was a minute or two of scalp massage which was nice and only redeeming feature. Didn't feel like a full 25 minutes as promised, but unable to check this as I was rushed. Not a facial in my experience and had no idea what she was using on my face. Products didn't particularly smell pleasant and one actually smelt off. The spa it's self is on a dual carriageway and can hear traffic if sat outside. Overall not a great experience to say the least. I would not return, and felt more like a public swimming bath than a relaxing more luxurious spa experience as I had hoped and paid for. My local swimming bath is cleaner and more modern. I just felt like I was in an average leisure centre that you pay a fiver to have a swim. I wanted to say something on the day but was a friends birthday and felt like I didn't want to make a fuss. Would not go back. Needs major rejuvenation.
