The governor of Florida is telling everyone to leave, or you will die. So we did, and we cut our vacation short. This company believes we are ok to stay and refuse to refud us. "Unless a unit resides in an area with a mandatory evacuation (which Orlando is not under), our cancellation policy remains the same. They only care about their bottom line, not their guests. Even the registration was a nightmare. After booking your stay, you will be inundated with emails. You have to log in to their portal and do all these things. Then, they will ask you to send a lot of your personal information via unencrypted email. I refused, so now you have to send your credit card statement to them showing you paid. The clubhouse is not close to any of the units, so you will need to pack everyone up in the car to get there. The units are quite old and it's really starting to show.
