The Windsor Hotel is a five-star hotel, and I’m sure you're going to love the environment and service there. You're going to love how spacious and elegant the rooms are! They're designed with your comfort in mind, and the air conditioning is super efficient. You're going to feel right at home! The service team is so friendly and professional, always quick to assist with any needs, ensuring guests feel right at home. The environment is truly a highlight, with the hotel's location offering stunning views that will take your breath away. In the morning, you'll be treated to a stunning panoramic view of Istanbul's beautiful cityscape. If you're someone who appreciates urban scenery, you're in for a treat! The breakfast selection is really diverse and of good quality. The only thing to mention is that the coffee machine in the breakfast area doesn't have coffee beans, which might be disappointing for coffee enthusiasts. The Windsor Hotel is the perfect place for anyone looking for a high-quality accommodation experience. Their elegant rooms, friendly service, and stunning views will make your stay unforgettable. If they can just figure out the coffee machine issue, this hotel would be perfect for you in Istanbul. I would highly recommend it for tourists looking for a luxurious place to stay right in the heart of the city!

Stayed here for 4 nights during a hair transplant operation. Hotel is so clean, it’s lovely. Staff are accommodating & willing to assist with queries. Breakfast was fresh & plentiful. Gym & spa were also a nice addition. Two suggestions for improvement are 1) larger dinner menu options 2) a small convenience store to supply snacks (chocolates, sweets, crisps etc) to save guests venturing outside the hotel. I would stay again if ever visiting Turkey.

The hotel has all the necessary facilities. A spectacular outdoor pool, a spacious sauna, excellently equipped fitness room. Breakfast was quite varied and for all tastes. Also beds are very comfortable. The cleaning could be better. Although there were only non-smoking rooms, the hallway and sometimes even in the rooms, smelled of cigarette smoke. The location of the hotel is far from great. An industrial district with a bad appearance and dusty utilities. There were quite a few accessible public transportation, but the distance to the central areas is considerable.
