Number one choice in Copacabana beach. We love this hotel. It has everything and the hospitality is incredible. Lucas the manager is excellent and he makes sure everything goes right. Even if you buy through booking.com they help you out managing last minute problems. They are great! We will come back!
Staff are friendly and wonderful. Rooms are clean, and breakfast is great. We love our location where we feel very safe walking around day or night. It is quiet but close enough to the beach restaurants and activities. The only thing we didn’t like was that the room did not have a microwave and coffee maker.
My first impression here is not so good. I check in for 12 people with 8 rooms. It takes me for forever to have the rooms. The receptionist was so confused about what he is doing. After a long flight from Vietnam, we still have to wait. The food here is great, service at the restaurant is 10/10. Room keys is also a problem here, I have to ask for renew the key at least 3,4 times for my group. Receptionists are not flexible and need more training.
