Windsor Merano Hotel & Suites

Grand 19th century villa with lovely modern rooms and beautiful view of the river. Service is very nice and attentive to your expectations. The traffic can be a bit noisy sometimes during the day. Walking distance to town center and bus stops.

We have stayed in several different hotels in Merano in the last few years, but Windsor is our new favorite. Family-owned and operated, everyone on the staff was very kind and welcoming. We were traveling by bicycle, and this hotel has a beautiful and convenient bike storage room in their parking garage under the hotel, with the ability to charge e-bikes. Nice breakfast buffet in a comfortable dining room, with good selection of fruit, cereals, rolls, pastries, etc. Being cool weather, we did not get to experience the outdoor courtyard and pool — next time! Conveniently located on the river, close to the train station and the historic center.

Thank you Windsor! The hotel is close to the center, beautiful, spacious and well-equipped rooms, varied breakfasts and, above all, great and helpful, smiling staff. The beds are very comfortable, the room is beautifully clean, perfectly tidy and fragrant 👌❤️. The pool is large, super clean, I appreciate that we also had towels for the pool. Maximum satisfaction! 👏
