Windsor Opera

We had a lovely stay at this centrally located yet wonderfully quiet hotel in Paris. The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. While we were a bit surprised that a 4-star hotel didn’t offer breakfast, it wasn’t a major issue—there are plenty of excellent breakfast spots just around the corner. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the WHO Windsor Hotel Opera! The location couldn't be more perfect—centrally situated with countless charming restaurants and bakeries just steps away, and within easy walking distance to major train stations. It made getting around the city effortless and enjoyable. The staff truly set this hotel apart. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and impressively knowledgeable. Whether I needed help with directions, recommendations, or reservations, they went above and beyond to assist with genuine warmth. The hotel itself is lovely, with a stylish, comfortable atmosphere. My room was spotless and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The attention to cleanliness and detail was top-notch. But what truly earned my deepest appreciation was what happened after I checked out—I had mistakenly left behind a bag containing important medication and tablets. The hotel staff acted quickly and professionally, and within just four days, the bag was returned to me with every single item intact. I cannot express how grateful I am for their care, honesty, and outstanding professionalism. I highly recommend the WHO Windsor Hotel Opera to anyone visiting Paris—it's a perfect blend of location, comfort, and exceptional service. Thanks to the amazing team, I’ll definitely be back!

A fantastic little gem of a hotel. Great location, tucked away down a side street so fairly quiet, but with lots of bars, cafe and restaurants a short walk and great public transport links. The staff were lovely, very polite and friendly. Room was larger than expected (especially for Paris) and very clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
