The service, the staff and location is a 10/10 for me. A friend and I lodged in this hotel for a few days and loved it. A few steps away from Copacabana beach, really convenient if you want to do some shopping and overall the staff members were amazing, kind and helpful 24/7.
The rooms are big and comfortable and clean. The furniture is old. The breakfast is very good, offering fresh fruits ,a variety of bread. The staff are polite and helpful. It's near the beach .
It was so dirty! The wall to the next room was like paper. I could hear every word my neighbors were saying. They have to raise the price of rooms, because it's too much like for this rooms A good detail was that there was a nice staff who opened the door and a bartender who worked on the rooftop
