Windsor Palace Hotel

Stayed in this hotel for one night. It looks grand on the outside but the rooms are old, we didn’t have soap in the bathroom (we stayed there for a wedding so didn’t notice until we got back at night). The curtains weren’t even wide enough to cover the window, not to mention actually keeping the sunlight out. Feels like it’s trying to be a grand elegant hotel but the rooms are not worth the price. Staff were nice as were the grounds of the hotel.

My recent stay at the Hotel Windsor was unfortunately far from what I had hoped for. The central heating system was not working, leaving the rooms uncomfortably cold and making it difficult to relax. Additionally, the food was incredibly disappointing—it not only tasted bad but also looked like it was made from leftovers, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer a premium experience. The property itself feels overbuilt, seemingly striving for grandeur, but falling short in terms of atmosphere, service, and overall hospitality. The staff appeared untrained and uninterested, further diminishing the experience. While the hotel has ambitions of being a palace, the execution leaves much to be desired. I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise others to look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Loud, loud, loud. Part of the hotel was rent to some company which run obnoxious music whole night and it was hear able through whole of the hotel. I couldn't take a hint in of sleep because of that. Not recommend this hotel worst case I ever encountered
