It was fine but as other reviews said, not 4-star standard and not great value for money (especially with the prices during carnival). Room is very dated, there are no bedside lamps, the AC was old and hard to adjust so it was a bit too cold. The room was mostly clean except for some sand near the bed that hadn't been vacuumed. The shower was good. We didn't have the breakfast (which was not included). Location was convenient but it's on a main road which isn't very pleasant. Check-in process for us was smooth and took about 10mins, staff were friendly.
Great location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. However, there’s no WiFi in the rooms, which was really inconvenient. Despite asking the staff several times, the issue was never resolved—they just kept saying to log in, but it never worked. I had to keep going to the lobby every time I needed internet. A few boosters would easily fix this.
The beds are just made out of springs stiff hard terrible the bathroom is so small anytime you move you knock into something and they dont have conditioner just the 2 in one wich every girl knows is a no go.but ya the beds just horrible cant sleep on this
