Very very very nice Hotel. We came with our tour and I can say that this was the best Hotel we stayed at. Very very well decorated. The rooms are outstanding. It has everything in it from A-Z. Very modern and very very clean. It does have free coffee and tea options available. The TV had Netflix. The beds were amazing clean. USB ports We came here on a Saturday night and were so lucky cause there was traditional live music playing and we had a table for us. The food options were very good. The food plates and serving is very good with all the Covid restrictions I can say that the hotel did an amazing job! The serving staff is amazing. They are all very attentive and have smiling faces which is very important in the hospitality industry. WIFI is outstanding. During my entire trip every hotel had a very bad service. The Hotels internet is better than my phone lines internet. 👏🏻 The only down side was the electricity went off this morning and the generator did not kick in. Yes, it did come back later on but I do believe management should check into this issue. Would I come back? For sure! This is my Hometown🙌🏻💫 I would advise anyone whoever is looking for a hotel to come stay here.
I opted for the suite which was nicely appointed. My rating reflects that there is no air conditioning really, just cool air, which does not adequately cool the room. The refrigerator keeps items cool, not cold, so I had to order a bucket of ice to chill beverages. I wish the windows slid open rather than push out, as the pushed out window impedes the magnificent view. And the hotel really needs to clean the windows! Some breakfast items looked clearly warmed over from yesterday or maybe even the day before!
We had 11 chambers, 4 to 6 room door were most of the time open. A lot of things got stolen. Don’t leave anything in the room. Foods are great, they don’t speak English. People are smoking everywhere, even in the elevators. But watch out, a lot of thefts are going on in the hotel. Managers include, police are friends with the owners.
