Amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive from start to finish. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. We loved the relaxing spa and the stunning pool area — perfect for unwinding. The drinks were top-quality, with creative cocktails and great service at the bar. Every detail felt luxurious yet welcoming. Truly a 5-star stay — we can’t wait to come back!

We spent 11 nights here while exploring Porto. The hotel is excellent, comfortable and the service from all the staff is absolutely first class-they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and looked after. The breakfast buffet and kitchen service is magnificent. The spa area has a stunning 20 m indoor pool. Go at the right time and you may have it to yourself! A special mention for all the staff here-they are magnificent.

A fantastic hotel, and one which we enjoyed staying at. The staff were very friendly and always on hand to help or assist. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had excellent choices. The rooftop bar provides fantastic views of the city and is tranquil, which is perfect for a drink after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are of a good size and we appreciated the attention to detail such as a welcome drink on arrival, regularly replenished water and amenities, and a small gift at the end of our stay from the staff. The hotel is in a great location and you can reach the riverfront in less than 20 minutes. A perfect stay!
