We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the amazing receptionist Joanne went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcomed. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and it was clear that attention to detail is a priority here.The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a restful stay. The room is nice and big with a huge bed, and the location is very central to CBD and Cessnock Legue Club, but the views are very ordinary. Great place to stop and use as a base if you want to explore wineries and come back to a comfortable place to sleep.

Just normal business hotel. Absolutely not clean, dust and hairs are on the floor, you must definitely bring slippers. When check-in, the receptionist mentioned about breakfast even I didn’t ask, but it is not complementary, the fee taken from the credit card a month later. My company paid for the stay, so I don’t complain any this time.
