Wine Hotel San Giacomo Activity & Wellness

We had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend. The staff were friendly and we had a superlative room with spectacular view though sadly due to the weather we could not make the most of. We went for the half board option which was fine though for the first course we had no choice about the starter and were obliged to have a chefs special (which on a couple occassions I was not so keen on). I think I would rather have just paid for what we ordered (no massive difference in price) and at leats we would have the choice. We used the spa and both had a massage - super! In all would highly recommend a beautiful place, in a beautiful setting. Loved the prosecco!

We have stayed in lots of hotels in recent 2 weeks and this one was such a refresher! Staff was so helpful and pleasant 😊 Amazing rooms with silky sheets (rare to find nowadays) and a nice bathroom with shower that has music 🎶 in it, loved it! Breakfast was very rich and diverse with great croissants 🥐 and naturally coffee! We also took dinner which had amazing service and was very tasty accompanied with good wine 🍷. Spa was compact, clean and absolute value for money. Hopefully we'll come back again for some ☀️ weekend 😍

Tidy and clean room was very basic with modern, but poorly accompaigned furnitre leaving the impression of cheap hostel. No central heating/climatization wouldn't make large problem if the ancient heating unit wouldn't produce really loud noise so we had to shut it down. In normal occasion I would demand new room, but we were too tired for that. This was hardly 3*, not even near 4*. Breakfast was quite good, stuff was wonderful. Restaurant looked very nice altough we didn't try it. Dunno. It wasn't really value for money.
