Great service. Flexible team allowing me to leave luggage whilst travelling. Comfy beds and pillows. Powerful hot shower. Nice gym and bars both upstairs and down. But the staff were so helpful with everything

This is a newly built hotel with great service. Everything feels fresh and clean, and the place smells really nice. It's located right in the city center, which makes it very convenient to reach popular attractions, restaurants, and well-known spots. The hotel also has useful amenities like a self-service laundry with automatic machines (you can pay via bank transfer), a gym with brand-new equipment, and a co-working space, which is handy if you need to have a meeting or get some work done. However, there are a few downsides. The rooms are quite small, with no balcony, the bathroom is very small and the bed is also a bit small. Some basic amenities like a shower cap, hair brush, or razor are not provided. Also, I didn’t understand why towels were placed under the sink tower, it seemed unhygienic, as they often got dirty. Overall, it’s a great stay for the price and location, especially if you value new, clean facilities and convenience.

I had a reservation for a half-day stay from 12:00 to 22:00, but the room wasn't ready. I was only able to check in after 1:30 PM, which was a huge waste of precious time on my departure day. When I finally got into the room, I found a stain that looked like menstrual blood on a towel. The shower also had a drainage issue, and I had to manually remove the drain plug with my hand. The bed was uncomfortably narrow, more like a single than a super single. While the location and price were decent, I believe you could find a much cleaner place for a similar price. The staff were friendly, but it doesn't excuse the overall poor condition of the room.
