Fantastic hotel. Great facilities, location, and all the customer service is excellent. Guide Hang was so helpful and nothing we asked for was a problem and makes a great mocha to boot! Beds are super comfortable, pillows 10 out of 10. Cost wise, it is so reasonable noting it comes with breakfast included Highly recommend

Wink Hotel Da Nang Riverside impresses not only with its location, but also with its exceptionally warm and professional 24-hour service! Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted by Thoa & Lily at the reception with a genuine, and full of cordiality smile . Hotel manager Steven was always present and interested in ensuring guests have a thoroughly enjoyable stay. This commitment is reflected in the entire team. The reception is excellently organized – helpful and always striving to fulfill all requests quickly and easily. Whether it's tips for excursions, help with organizing transportation, or simply a pleasant chat – you don't feel like a guest here, but like a welcome friend. The rest of the staff – from room service to the breakfast team to the cleaning staff – also impresses with their friendliness and attentiveness, and so each individual contributes to making you feel completely at home 24 hours a day.

Great river views, clean hotel, great amenities. Hotel staff were kind and proactive. Fantastic breakfast, was super impressed! Also, rooftop pool has INCREDIBLE views - definitely my favourite part of the hotel, however the food and drinks at the rooftop pool were not great value. Overall really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for someone who is new to travelling in Vietnam like myself.
