Wink Saigon Centre Unscripted by Hyatt 24 Hours stay

This was my first solo trip to Ho Chi Minh City, and I initially booked a hotel in District 1. However, upon checking in, I didn’t feel comfortable with my first hotel. I quickly searched for an alternative and came across Wink Hotel. I didn’t expect much at first, but the many good reviews convinced me to give it a try—and I’m really glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Wink were incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated their warm approach. The hotel itself has a very modern, stylish feel and operates 24/7, which is convenient for travelers. My room was a little small, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. I requested a high floor during booking but didn’t get one—possibly because I booked last minute, which I understand. My room was located near the housekeeping storage area, and I could hear some noise from the hallway. The room wasn’t very soundproof, so at times I even thought someone was calling me from outside. Other than that, everything was great. One thing that makes Wink different from most hotels is their flexible 24-hour stay policy: if you check in at 5 PM, you can stay until 5 PM the next day, which is very convenient. Overall, the hotel is clean, the staff are well-trained, and I had a pleasant stay. Kudos to the Wink team—I’ll definitely be back!

I truly enjoyed our stay at Wink. From check-in to check-out, the staff made us feel very welcome. We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights, and their service was consistent the whole time. One of the best things is their 24-hour stay policy — you get to check out exactly 24 hours after your check-in time. I wish more hotels did this! It really gives great value for your money. The breakfast buffet was good, and housekeeping was also very reliable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. I especially loved the big windows and the comfortable workspace. It really felt like a proper staycation. The location was so close to everything too This will be our go-to hotel in Saigon from now on. Highly recommended!

Check in n out time is the same. Perfect for my need for late check in n late check out the following day. The hotel breakfast is a decent spread, with vegetarian items marked. There's a self service paid laundry mat n a small gym. I find the toilet near the gym v aesthetic . Overall a clean n comfortable room for 24 hrs!
