Winsuites Sai Gon Hotel

We had a great stay at the Winsuites! It was central to everywhere we need - the mall, spas, food, bars, etc. so everything was walking distance. Service was wonderful, staff were attentive and very polite. We were even welcomed with refreshing drinks during check in! In addition, they offer laundry services so that was extremely helpful since we had been traveling before. Their breakfast buffet was delicious, they had a new noodle soup every morning and the salt coffee was probably the best I’ve had during my trip! We can’t wait to go back and stay there again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Winsuites earlier this year. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We never lifted a finger to open a door or lift our luggage. The room was immaculate and spacious with beautiful new finishes and the egg coffee at the breakfast buffet was the best we had in the city. The location of the hotel is unbeatable with Cho Ben Thanh right around the corner and lots of other food and dining options on the same street. Winsuites truly is a gem situated in the heart of the busy city and we cannot wait to visit again.

We stayed at Winsuites Saigon Hotel for three nights as a family of five and had two rooms (401 and 403). Overall, we had a positive experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was room 401 — the toilet had a transparent door with a roller blind, which felt a bit uncomfortable and inconvenient to use. Luckily, room 403 did not have this issue. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, although it does feel a little dated in some areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent with enough variety for a short stay. One extra bonus was the massage salon right next door. After a long day of walking around the city, it was super convenient to have a place nearby where we could relax and unwind. The absolute highlight was the location — it’s perfect! Everything is within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and major sights in Ho Chi Minh City. Would recommend this hotel for its convenience, service, and great location.
