Wintree City Resort Chiang Mai

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Wintree Hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed mattress was incredible—it truly felt like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of options that changed daily, keeping it fresh and interesting throughout our stay. Many thanks to all the Wintree staff for their kindness and professionalism. If I ever visit Chiang Mai again, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommended for all types of travelers—families, couples, and solo visitors alike!

We had a good stay at Wintree Resort! The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable and cozy. The food was delicious, we had dinner there and really enjoyed it. Both the hotel rates and food prices are very reasonable. The location is excellent as well; it’s close to malls, the airport, and local markets, which made getting around very convenient. Another plus is that if you want to do your own laundry, there are places just a few minutes’ walk away. The only downside was that the room had an AC generator nearby, which was a bit loud at times. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The hotel was generally okay, but the shower temperature was a constant nightmare, impossible to control properly, and we experienced the same issue in several rooms. There was also a bit of mold in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. Breakfast was disappointing and definitely not worth the price, with limited options and lackluster quality. Overall, it left much to be desired.
