One of the nicer Restaurants in Ihringen. The kitchen produces nicely done dishes. You can try yourself through the local wines. Sitting outside on the Terrace in the summer provides you with a holiday feeling. Great rooms. #spontago

Modern hotel in Ihringen. We used this place for a corporate retreat. The meeting room was great. Lunch was served in the restaurant and always had an interesting selection. Super clean, very enjoyable.

Hotel rooms superb, but it's service and restaurant? Few points: 1) Two asian waitresses very kind However 2) Probably the worst wiener schnitzel I ever had, extremely fat-soaked, almost un-eatable 3) The restaurant opened till 22:30 but kitchen closed at 21:00. After 21:00 you can drink only. No chips, nuts, simply nothing even small to eat. 4) A large fridge at the reception offers different wines and non alco drinks, same in minibar, but again, nothing to eat, just drinks 5) The wine list consist from only very local wines... I'd accept if focused to local but not in 100%. ... I do not understand the hotel's policy. Why to close kitchen 90 minutes before restaurant is closed. What should the guests to do? To sit and drink only? I believe that a chance to buy something small, both in the reception and restaurant (+ some choice in minibar) would represent an easy profit + would increase evening consumption of drinks. (The same is valid for the afternoon hours, you check in at 3pm and no chance to eat anything till the dinner time.)
