I stayed at Wish More Hotel Şişli and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel was very clean and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing. Its location is also great — close to many shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around the city very easy. One of the best parts of my stay was the breakfast. It was delicious, fresh, and had a big variety of options every morning. I looked forward to it every day! I want to thank the reception staff for being so kind and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and helped me with anything I needed. A special thanks to Ms. Zakiya from housekeeping. She kept my room super clean and was always friendly and respectful. Thank you to everyone at Wish More Hotel Şişli for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely come back!
I spent ten days in the hotel, it was very nice, every time we entered they welcomed us, the rooms were spacious and nice but the cleaning was weak, they do not do deep cleaning, we were five people in a suite, they put things for two people when we had to make a call every day, but the room service was quick to respond, the breakfast is nice but little, there is no variety, very few options, the breakfast set is very welcoming but when it is time to close they start complaining ,At checkout, we asked for help with our luggage, but no one came. We carried everything ourselves while several staff stood around chatting. The front desk staff were especially unhelpful and avoided eye contact.
We stayed for three nights—two were covered by Turkish Airlines. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was great, but the service was disappointing. We had to ask multiple times and wait for hours for basic requests. Extra pillows took forever to arrive, and the air conditioning wasn’t fixed until several follow-up calls. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and lotion were missing, again front desk didnt took initiative.finally we received them after asking a cleaning staff directly. At checkout, we asked for help with our luggage, but no one came. We carried everything ourselves while several staff stood around chatting. The front desk staff were especially unhelpful and avoided eye contact. Nice property, but seriously lacking in service—especially at the front desk.
