Wish Serrano Resort

I liked the stay very much, the hotel is very confortable, personnel is very attencious.

We arrived by our motorcycles and were greeted by the parking attendant (Luna?) who was so kind to take us to reception. There Ana spoke to us in perfect English and was so helpful. The hostess at breakfast was also very nice, and Cristiane was exceptionally kind both days, visiting with us and explaining many things also in perfect English. Sebastian, one of the gardeners, was very friendly and took the time to talk about the different plants growing there. Our stay was magical and the employees were so nice. Thank you.

Generally speaking we enjoyed our stay, people at the from desk were receptive, but we room service was very poor, the number 9 did not work well to our simple requests as reported. The cleanliness was in general not adequate, particularly at the room and at the common areas. Since we learned that one of the manager is from our city (Campinas, SP), we would like to salute her and hae a little chat, we announced our interest in getting to know her, but this person never showed up. May be this person was busy with something more important than just say hello to the guests!!! Thanks to the opportunity to express with sincerity our experience at Wish Serrano Hotel.
