I live in the area, so I haven’t stayed at the hotel or the campsite, so I can’t comment on that. But I do visit for the wellness facilities from time to time, and it’s perfect. Everything seems really clean! The price-quality ratio is excellent. There are lots of different things to enjoy, like the swimming pool, hot bubble bath, outdoor pool, saunas, and relaxing rooms that smell great. I will definitely come back here often and would highly recommend it!
The campsite is nice as a whole. It has also multiple facilities: a little shop, restaurant, playing room, bike rental and the spa area. The spa area is very nice, also the upstairs relaxation rooms. They don't have freezers /fridge that the people on the campsite could use, I forgot to ask when I made the booking. We had little cooling batteries for our mini portable fridge that we had to cool to keep our food cold. "Luckily":) it was cold outside during our stay so we didn't had any problem with the food, but it could be a problem if it's hot outside. The number of toilets /showers is very limited for a camping this size.
Nice camping. Clean bathrooms. Need to pay additional for the swimpool. Swimpool is nice and warm. However when just ordering take away pizza, we orderded a drink for the 25min waiting time, the price was €50 for 3 pizza’s and 2 drinks. I paid €60 and the main waiter, just gave me €5 back and said the rest was a tip. He didn’t even gave me a choice. Also there we’re hidden costs listed on the invoice when we arrived at the campsite (which are not placed on the invoice before we arrived). The hidden costs are for local transport. We need to pay alot of money for local transport which we won’t use. Also we did not get a choice to deny this service that we won’t use anyway. You need to pay dor the Trampolines on the campsite, which is €1 per 3 minute. Which is a bummer for our son. It is cleary that the camping is doing everything to get some extra money. We are still staying at the camping, apart from the negative financial things, we are having a good holiday. I’m not so sure what to say when we need to pay at the end the holiday.
