The check in process is absolutely automated. The rooms are clean and properly maintained. Plus, they have a kitchen in it with necessary kitchenwares, induction, fridge and dishwasher. This comes handy to cook and enjoy a food you like. The bus stop is just a minute away from the hotel. I am having a good experience while staying here.

Super organized and clean Liked · It's huge compare to other hotels or apartments. It's pretty new, very clean and very well organized. You can easily stay there for longer and with more people. You can park your car in front of the door, so it's perfectly fine. Also the very well organized check in is great. Check out is technically without people... so, don't forget sthg in your apartment 😉 Disliked · The beds are pretty soft and the pillow could suit be called a mountain, it's way too huge. The reception (I was in two different rooms) is not good and sld be adjusted accordingly.

Roaches might be part of the hired personnel as they keep you company in multiple areas...on the tv, on the walls, kitchen cabinets, courtains, shower, etc. Furniture needs replacement or reupholstering. Bathroom and bedroom have no doors, just some panels that you can slide. No isolation, no locks...no use. Odd and unnecessary. Cleaning is done once per week on Monday, and garbage is being taken Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The kitchen has all you need to survive: cutlery, pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, electric oven, induction hob, etc. Knives are not sharp at all, you can crush a tomato but not cut it. TV remote only works if you are near the tv, if you sit on the couch you must rise and get closer to change the channel. There is a tassimo coffee machine that works great. Fridge is small but usable. Internet connection fails very often and restoring time varies between 1 and 12 hours.If you're a foreigner with no local subscription to internet... you're pretty much screwed. There is a church near the hotel so expect bells ringing very often...at 6 in the morning, at 14.00 ,at 18.00, at 00.00...very irregular and annoying for someone who's not a fan of this type of sound. If you're unfortunate and need to stay for a longer period keep in mind that if you are expecting mail it will be delivered to the reception and someone from reception will hang it on a plastic support mounted on the door. They never knock or announce you about it so if your attention to detail skill is not well developed it might take some time until you see it sitting there. For some odd reason there are no mosquito nets so expect a diverse range of bugs visiting you inside the apartment.
