We had lovely time. Staff was so helpful. Hotel hygiene is very good and clean rooms, entertainment for kids was very good for adults not bad can be better. Food was very good they need to put little bit more options for kids. Only down side was beach we couldn’t use because of the rocks and stones.
Facilities are all there but the staff service leaves a lot of room for improvement. Music by the pool is so loud you can’t have a conversation with the person beside you! Pool area dirty. Don’t bother speaking English as very few speak it outside of reception. Took 10 minutes to be served while others were served around us. Totally ignored. Booked for a week and left after a few days. Would not recommend to Anglo saxons.
The facilities were good, however, the safety measures were very bad. We found our room door open one time but nothing is missing. The worst thing that the shower booth is made from very bad glass. While I'm taking a shower, the glass broke and i got injured in several parts of my body, the hotel management didn't take the issue seriously, i didn't want to make a problem as my Turkish is not very good. As I said the facilities including gardens, swimming pool and other facilities are good but you have to maintain your safety. COVID19 preventive measures are very poor as well.
