Woodcliff Hotel and Spa

It was a great experience but when asked for our room to be cleaned on the third day it still wasn't cleaned. I asked if I could be upgraded like my package was suppose to have they didn't. I understand the first two nights as there was a wedding but when asked if we could up grade to a suite final night there was no help. There was a lady that just started part time that was very helpful, and tried her best to help us get the upgrade even when I was willing to pay the difference bit the manager did not let me. Pretty disappointing when I said I would pay the difference and the room was vacant for the night.

I stayed at this location due to a work conference. I went through 5 rooms before a room was in okay condition. Rooms one through four had several concerns: mold / soap scum in shower that was not clean, rooms were in need of repairs, sheetrock failing from ceiling from around windows, they appeared to be bed bug eggs on carpet, dead bug between mattress in one room that was offered, an outlet hanging out of the wall touching mattress. Finally at 11:45 PM, after 2 hours of looking for a decent room and for all the troubles they had upgraded me to a two story suite. Got out of the shower the next morning and water was leaking from the upstairs shower down through a light fixture in the bathroom below. Solution for the fix was getting a bucket to catch the water. No bucket ever arrived to the room. After looking through the suite further, shockingly it was not clean. Under the sink the garbage can was full of someone else garbage, there was black mold as well, along with some shady wiring job, and dust bunnies and hairballs under the bed. All in all this is by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, I would NOT recommend anyone to stay here, and I will not be back. This hotel needs some serious upgrading and cleaning. The only positive side is the hotel ended up not charging me my room and my wife's spa that was planned was also covered.

We recently stayed here and were very disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the high price we paid. When we first arrived, the first room we were assigned had a TV that didn’t work at all. The second room we were given was outdated, smelled old, and felt unkept. The third room had an overwhelming smell of cat pee. Thankfully, Shlon (by far the best employee we met during our stay) went above and beyond to help us find a better option. Out of four rooms we checked, three also smelled like cat pee. We eventually settled on a room, but it was still not what we expected. Even after all of that, the room we chose still lacked basic amenities that were advertised: there was no smart TV, no streaming apps, no factory remote, and we couldn’t connect our PS5 to the WiFi. The hot tub was out of service, and there was no laundry service available. Overall, this stay fell way below expectations. The hotel did not match what was advertised, and the series of issues we faced made it very disappointing. The only positive part of our stay was the exceptional help we received from Shlon. I would not recommend this hotel given our experience.
