Woodlands Hotel & Pine Lodges

We were let down by a vrbo house booking nearby for 8 of us,and staff at Woodlands came to the rescue with 2 of their lovely lodges at the last minute on a Sunday evening, going out of their way to accommodate us all. The lodges were clean, well equipped and comfortable and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to return if back in the area

My husband and myself have just spent 5 nights at this fabulous hotel for our 35th wedding anniversary. So peaceful and quiet. I cannot speak highly enough about the brilliant staff and food. We have been here many times and it is very homely. See you all soon xx

Absolutely fantastic stay at WHPL, we stopped in the Birch Cabin! We couldn't have asked for a better getaway. The location is ideal, offering the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion while still being a short drive to all the local shops and tourist attractions. The cabin itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing short trip. The sauna and jacuzzi bath were a real treat, adding a touch of luxury that truly elevated our experience. Honestly, we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect! We were so impressed with the cabin and the overall experience that we are already planning our return visit. To top it all off, I accidentally left my jumper behind, and the staff were incredibly kind and efficient in posting it back to me. Such excellent customer service! The only tiny suggestion we might make, for families, would be the addition of a small children's play area. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back to the Cabins! 5 stars all the way!
