Really great staff and rooms have a rustic tasteful feel to them. Reception was helpful as I had two separate bookings, and the restaurant has a delicious choice of food. A walkable and easy location also.

Home-y stay in Nairobi, highly recommend. Super ideal location and security/sense of safety was pretty good. The staff were fantastic and super accommodating. When they realized that the available room they wanted to put me in was not the room I had booked and had been described online, they quickly walked me through other room options and I settled for an apartment which certainly was more value than what I had booked space-wise. Their restaurant offers simple but really yummy meals and I loved their cappuccinos. Not in a detrimental way and there’s still a positive here - For a few of my last nights, there was incredibly creaking that kept me up for hours. Once we got to the bottom of the noise, even though I had just one more night there, they offered to move me to another room to ensure I got a good night’s rest. I took them up on their offer and actually got the room I had initially booked for and that was just as fantastic. AND I got a good night’s rest so I’m glad I listened to them. Will definitely be coming back.

They sell you swimming lessons in a heated pool, but unfortunately, they let the children swim in a extreme cool water without any communication during the first session. For the second second, a big problem of communication and lying because the coach honestly told us the truth about the issue of the heated system that they try to fix while the Hotel informed us that the water was at 26 degre. Clearly the hotel shows no concern for the swimmers well-being. Very bad communication and service quality .
