Worita Cove Hotel

My recent stay was underwhelming, especially considering the warm hospitality Thailand is known for. Upon arrival, I was surprised there was no welcome drink, and the front desk staff seemed disorganized and impolite. I was asked to move seats multiple times without any explanation or courtesy, which felt confusing and dismissive. While the overall atmosphere of the place was decent, the beach near the hotel was noticeably untidy. The rocks meant to protect the shoreline were poorly maintained, which affects the aesthetic and safety of the area. I’m not sure who oversees the upkeep, but being so close to the hotel, it really should reflect better care. The rooftop bar lacked distinct character and felt quite generic. The food was acceptable, though nothing memorable.

We were willing to overlook quite a few things: the beach (Pattaya beaches aren’t exactly known for being clean), the hotel’s location (far from the city centre), the breakfast (limited variety), and even the room (some things like the leaking faucet needed fixing). But what really killed the experience was the service. Started off at reception.. the older female staff need to learn basic courtesy. No need to ask nosy questions, or worse show attitude toward guests. We’re not difficult tourists. We avoid conflict and prefer to keep peace. But we were still guests expected to be treated with respect. The worst part was that their behavior was laced with the subtle passive aggression that you only start to process after. The feeling lingers and it made uncomfortable. To be fair, the younger receptionists were all lovely and professional. Another letdown was that we stayed during my birthday. I wasn’t expecting a big deal but a small gesture would’ve gone a long way. Nothing was offered or acknowledged 👎🏽

Scam! never stay again! Firstly this is not 4 stars or 3stars hotel. I Booked sea views room through agoda and when i arrived it’s not even partially sea views . 70% of the view is blocked by the building . They charged me with sea view price. as you can see in the photos the room is not clean enough to stay. Stain bedsheet , smelly and dirty. Environment and location not convenient. Beach at the front looks messy . It will not give you good vibes. it will only make you stressful. The breakfast the food is okay but full of flies. Worst part is customer service. I mean they are not treating rude but won’t treat you well.
