From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay felt luxurious. The spa was a true highlight, beautifully designed and calming. The food was exceptional, especially the chicken dish on the evening menu, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a great selection and high-quality ingredients. The service was faultless, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for. We left feeling completely relaxed and well looked after. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-end, restorative getaway.

We enjoyed a short family stay whilst visiting the Longleat safari, our second time at the Bishopstrow, a fabulous hotel. Amazing staff throughout but I would like to highlight the restaurant staff, we had an outstanding dinner, we tried the recommended dishes which were incredible, we are still talking about the lamb shoulder! Breakfast was also a great experience. The facilities, especially the indoor and outdoor pools were a favourite of our children, and the games in the lounge area whilst waiting for our dinner reservation. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, the shower was exceptional. We will definitely return!

We had a fantastic time during our stay. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and go above and beyond. The breakfast was great and plentiful. The thermal area was very nice, the outdoor pool was a bit too warm when we were there. It did get quite busy in the outdoor area and pool which meant it wasn’t super relaxing but we didn’t mind. The room was a good size and comfortable. Also family friendly which was a bonus!
