We stayed 4 nights at this hotel, and honestly, everything was excellent. The cleaning and the rooms were great. We had children with us, and they gave us a suite — a large room with an extra bed, even though our booking didn’t include that. The price was very reasonable for the services and breakfast offered. I highly recommend booking this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming with us.
Excellent Stay at World Point Hotels Istanbul – Highly Recommended! I'm currently staying at World Point Hotels Istanbul for 15 nights, and so far, everything has been absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived—quite late at night—I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Melih, Ibrahim, and other staff members. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out, and it's clear that this level of hospitality is available 24 hours a day. The hotel staff go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Whether it's a late check-in or a quick request at any hour, someone is always ready to help with a smile. The gym and spa facilities are another highlight. They're clean, well-maintained, and offer excellent value. It’s a great way to unwind after exploring the city or finishing up a busy day. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my stay. Great service, comfortable amenities, and wonderful staff make World Point Hotels Istanbul a top choice for anyone visiting the city. Highly recommended! Mahboob
Terrible Airport Transfer Experience – Avoid! I stayed at this hotel and pre-booked (and prepaid) an airport transfer for 5:30 AM. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up. By 6:10 AM—40 minutes past the scheduled time—there was still no sign of the driver, and the staff couldn’t even reach them. I was forced to book an Uber last minute, risking missing my flight. Despite all this, the staff refused to refund me for the failed transfer service. To make things worse, negotiating prices with hotel staff (even at the reception) seems to be a normal practice here, which is completely unprofessional. You expect fixed and fair prices in a hotel, not to haggle like at a market. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. And if you still choose to stay, avoid using their transfer service at all costs—it’s unreliable, overpriced, and stressful.
