WorldMark Reunion

We just came down to work and relax for a week. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit so that we had room to stretch out and had a great experience overall. The property was in a great location and within about 20 minutes from everything that we wanted to do in the area. Would definitely recommend this property if in Kissimmee Florida.

I didn't realize how close this place was to Epcot, which was an added bonus. Stayed in a 3 bedroom condo with a group of 7 family members. Loved the facilities, the shuttle, the water park & pools. Staying here made me feel like I received the raise that I'm always negotiating for. The place was so nice, it felt like it improved the mood of the people there, similar to Disney World.

Do not waste your time at Traditions. Reserved dinner at Traditions, was very disappointed in the cook and manager. We ordered 2 steaks medium well both came out WELL DONE! My daughter decided to keep hers , but my husband sent he's back. The chef,(Hector) got upset and made disrespected comments, then stated he (my husband) will have to just wait. The waitress(Shyanna) kept apologizing for Hector's attitude. Shyanna went and spoke with the Manager (Zak)to let him know what was going on , but he didn't come over to apologize..Hector at this time walked away from the grill, still no manager. I asked to speak with Zak, he comes over..how can I help you, when I started to explain about Hector's attitude, Zak acted like he couldn't hear, still no apology. Hector returned as we are preparing to leave and another server brought over a steak, we told him we are leaving. Zak and definitely Hector are 2 bad apples and will cause Reunion to go down in ratings, if they allow them to remain and treat customers this way. This is my third visit hear, and has never experience bad service until tonight.
