WorldQuest Orlando Resort

Myself and my family came here to stay for the week of 4th of July and it has been lovely so far! The room is great. We have a nice little balcony view and service has been top notch as well. This is where I plan to stay anytime we are in Orlando.

The overall grounds were beautiful. Upon our arrival and checking in at the front lobby, we were met with an unpleasant odor. The staff was notified of this. The accommodations were nice, but the furniture was sparse and needed to be updated. It would be nice if smoking of any kind was prohibited on the premises. It takes away from the enjoyment of the outdoors or use of the screened patio. When checking out of the resort, the unpleasant odor still remained. The location was great. It was close to all of the activities that included the parks and sports arenas.

We’ve stayed here many times never had a real issue, this time there was used contact lens’s everywhere, on the floor on the walls, bedding was dirty, I reported it when I got there was told they’d send the housekeeper No one came manager contacted me I told him got no one let me know I’ll get housekeeper on it, Sunday got a text asking how it was no one had cleaned anything or showed up told that manager again no one came. This used to be our go to but new management is incompetent and unreliable. If I’m paying $549 for two nights I expect clean at the very least. By the way it was a lot of used contacts like 25-30 plus stuck to the walls and floor and night table top. Pretty disgusting, and dirty linen unacceptable
