I recently stayed at Wow Crest, Indore, and had a genuinely wonderful experience. I had booked a Superior Room using my HDFC credit card reward points, and the value I received was truly impressive. Right from the start, the staff made sure my stay was comfortable. Upon request, they promptly shifted me to a non-smoking room within minutes. The room was neat, clean, well-lit, and I really liked the elegant décor. Breakfast was a major highlight — the buffet spread was top-notch, and I particularly loved the Upma, Aloo Sabji, and Paratha — honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had! Chef Shuman deserves a special mention for that. During breakfast, Shivani assisted me with table service and was very courteous. I’d also like to appreciate Pranjali from the reception team for her polite and helpful attitude. There’s also a beautiful infinity pool on the top floor, which I didn’t use but looked really inviting. The property also houses two restaurants — Dhuaan and Nazm — with Nazm’s ambiance being especially elegant and relaxing, perfect for evening dining or a casual drink. A nice gesture I appreciated was the welcome drink and coffee offered while they were preparing my room. The 24-hour in-room dining is also available, though I didn’t try it this time. Only small feedback: I had to follow up 2–3 times for a few small items like a comb, dish, and spoon, so perhaps service could be a little more responsive during peak hours. Overall, I highly recommend Wow Crest for anyone visiting Indore — whether you’re staying in the city or making a day trip to Ujjain. It’s a classy and comfortable place with warm hospitality, making it totally worth the stay.

The breakfast buffet in particular was fresh and well-curated.Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated in the heart of Indore, making travel convenient for both business and leisure.
