WRAP on Southbank

Location was great, close to the restaurants and the public transport. Wi-Fi and 24-hour check in, so there is no problem if you come late at night. Plus, the staff were ver friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, as well as the pillows. Also you can’t see the bright neon lights from the balcony and the street were quiet all night long. The only thing is, during 4 nights of stay, they didn’t clean the room and refill the toilet paper. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

For over $300 for one night absolutely not worth it. The shower door was broken, the bathroom floor flooded every time we used the shower, and no condiments to pick from. Been to other places with much cleaner and maintained rooms for the sake price.

Totally dissatisfied with our stay. We booked this hotel for 2 nights over the weekend and were left thoroughly disappointed. From the start, everything felt unorganised. The photos online are extremely misleading — especially the pool, which looked nothing like what was advertised. The lobby gave off a luxury feel, but that quickly faded the moment we got upstairs. The studio apartment we stayed in was disgusting. The carpet was badly stained and completely worn out, the bathroom was dirty (particularly the shower), and several fixings were literally falling off the wall. There was a dishwasher in the room — but only for show, it wasn’t functional. Electrical wiring inside the wardrobe looked like a mess and felt unsafe. To top it off, there was an ironing board but no iron. When I asked reception for one, I was told, “your room either has one or it doesn’t.” Very helpful. And don’t get me started on the lifts — the wait times were ridiculous, every single time. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere. This was far from the experience we were expecting.
