I had an excellent stay at this hotel, which impresses with its friendly service. I would especially like to mention Ms. Carol Cai, who took care of all my needs with great dedication. Please keep up the good work; I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Nice hotel and good service. And the food in the 1st floor Chinese restaurant was awesome. The only drawback is is too far from downtown but if you don't need to go downtown this hotel is the best choice.

We arrived at noon and were welcomed by a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the hotel lobby. It was my first time staying at this hotel in Wuhan, and I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness, excellent service, and warm hospitality. To my surprise, my room was upgraded to a suite, which was a delightful bonus. The suite was lovely, featuring a spacious living room, comfortable beds, and large washrooms that could easily accommodate multiple guests. The room was well-stocked daily with drinking water and toiletries. The executive lounge on the top floor offered a fantastic spot to unwind while enjoying the view, and the cosy lobby lounge was perfect for an after-dinner drink. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel experience.
