Wychnor Park Country Club

This is a SPECIAL place!! Amazing apartments with high ceilings (we stayed at the log cabins) with great views with a lovely balcony. The standards are suprisingly high from the interior design to the equipments in the cabins. Everything works and can't fault anything (I'm a known faultfinder). The Sunday roast was one of the best Sunday roast I've ever had. Every detail of the roast was spectacular. The drinks menu is also great. The staff have been amazing and the facilities are fantastic. This is a place to bring your partner, mother, kids and friends. You have to experience it to believe it. You will not be disappointed.

This a lovely country house setting with extensive grounds. It offers good quality self catering accommodation at reasonable prices. It is well equipped and maintained, has comfortable beds and good quality bed linen and towels. Some of the public areas are a little tired though. There’s a good indoor pool gym and spa are all available for guests. Bring your own pool towels though! There is a recently opened bar and restaurant which has great views of the beautiful countryside. Staff were lovely - enthusiastic and friendly they did all they could to help us. The only access is a turnoff from Northbound A38 - a very sharp left over an ancient humpback bridge then over a mile down a single track road. Take it slow! There are two ev chargers on site - reasonably priced but I couldn’t use the one near our apartment as it kept tripping out.

Stayed over the weekend in rooms 34 and 35 .Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good with all needed. The only issue I had was with checkout which is pretty early at 10. We asked for late which was accepted but only to 11 with a £10 charge. We did not mind paying this but we were told we can’t do any later which I found unacceptable as checking in as at 4. I just feel another hour would have gone a long way.otherwise all good.
