Stayed here for a week for a business trip. The rooms were excellent as were the staff. On the last night we experienced a power cut which was out of the hotels control. They moved us to a different hotel which was made very easy by the hotel manager. The staff were brilliant and handled the whole situation. It would have been understandable with so many people to deal with if someone lost their rag. But everyone remained calm. Fantastic staff. Would very highly recommend
As far as a business stop over goes I couldn't ask for more! Comfy bed, clean room, good menu and a lovely location to walk around in the evening. I opted to go for a walk rather than use the gym. Friendly/helpful staff and a good breakfast
We stayed last week when it was extremely hot, we walked into the rooms and they were both like a sauna there was no air con and no fan we went to reception the girl there was very pleasant but could,nt help as a the fans you had were out so we had to endure the unbearable heat for two days and nights and had no sleep either. Then to top that the lift broke down so we had to climb two flights of stairs not funny for a seventy five and eighty two year old, if it was,nt for attending a wedding there we would have left.The rooms were comfortable and clean but the breakfast was the star of the show.
