Wyndham Acmar Klang

Exceptional stay! The lobby is stunning with its dazzling chandeliers, and the entire hotel feels upscale and inviting. My room was super comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. The gym was well-equipped, the pool was pristine, and the lobby was always spotless and elegant. Loved the coffeehouse too, great drinks and beautiful lighting! Truly a five-star experience!

Clean and modern hotel with excellent service. The front desk staff was outstanding—despite a booking error on our part and my not-so-friendly tone at the start, he handled everything calmly and professionally with a smile. Truly well-trained and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was impressively strong. Overall, a very pleasant and wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

This review is a little overdue, as my stay was during the month of Ramadhan. Upon arrival, the lobby was filled with tables for guests to break their fast, which is understandable given the season. Despite that, the entire lobby still smelled pleasant; more of a fragrant aroma than food, which made a good first impression. The front desk staff were attentive and extremely helpful. I had requested a room with good lighting for makeup purposes (as many hotels tend to use warmer, dimmer lights), and they thoughtfully assigned me a room with excellent natural lighting. That small detail really made a difference! The bellboy, although seemingly new and in need of a bit more training, was very respectful and attentive throughout. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room to move around and relax. The swimming pool was decent as well, perfect for a short dip. All in all, it was a lovely experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return if we’re ever in Klang again.
