New hotel with the highest level of quality services. Food very tasty and service very nice and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful meals and drinks Mehmet and Emre! The biggest thanks are to the lady from guest relations Aysegul and Gulaum are the best in the world.

We are here are the moment. Very beautiful hotel but sadly some things that made our Vacation less pleasant until now. Full review of hotel : Positive: - very friendly reception and overall staff mostly is friendly. - great pool area. - food is great. Negative: - we booked two rooms together. Because of the children who sleep early st 8 pm we can not go out of the room afterwards. Our rooms have been given in seperated floors and the Elevator does not allow you to go to another floor as your own. If rooms where on same floor as expected , we could have gone to each other when the children where sleeping and still he nearby if they wake up. Also the lights of the room automatically fully turn on when you open the door. So if one of the parents wants to get a evening drink , he Will wake up the children and partner with the lights turning on when returning. - housekeeping : the staff only makes the bed of the adults. The children's sofabed is never made - at arrival all soap and shampoo was empty. We asked 3 times to have it replaced. They never replaced it and we have taken the soap ourselves in the end. - they don't understand basic English but that's not a big issue - manager: we spoke to the manager at arrival about the room issues (including not having any bedding material for the children and this was fixed). But the room on seperated floors would be fixed on wednesday. When we went on wednesday the manager did not even take the time to speak to us directly but let the receptionist (a very friendly lady) do the dirty work for her of telling us the only thing they want to do is : give us A DOWNGRADE of the room (from deluxe to Standard) since all inconvenient things and that we payed for deluxe , combined with not talking to us directly , leaves a bad Taste in our mouths. - Often guest are very dirty but this is not the hotel fault. Two time we had to call the reception to mention the Elevator was dirty . One time there was poo and one time someone dropped a drink in there. This was cleaned fast after the call. Overall the hotel does enough effort for keeping everything clean - the Bartenders at pool bar are not educated enough. The cocktails are 90% of the time not tastefull enough to drink. They forget to put some ingredients or put in wrong ingrediënts. Overall : beautiful hotel with good food and much potential. Still has to finish some things. Sadly at this moment not worth 5 stars and our holiday isn't going as well as we hoped.

Avoid this hotel if you have kids. There is absolutely no entertainment or animation for children – nothing to do but swim and sleep. The place is eerily quiet, with no music around the pools, and hardly any guests. It feels more like a ghost town than a family resort. The amphitheater is abandoned, the pool bar is closed, so you have to walk a long distance just to get a drink. The so-called shopping center is deserted, and the funfair is permanently inactive due to the complete lack of visitors. This is by far the most boring hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Even the kids’ pools are unfinished and unsafe, with sharp edges around them. This hotel is absolutely not suitable for families looking for fun, activities, or a joyful holiday atmosphere.
