Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive

Stayed here 3 weeks ago and had an amazing time. The property was nice and clean. Perfect location right next to the beach and main part of the city. All the food at the restaurants were delicious. Entertainment each night and the foam party were so much fun. What really made our stay memorable were the staff. Everyone was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we were having the time of our lives. I would like thank Rosario the manager for making sure we were satisfied with our room and going out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay, Juan the manager for finding us every night at dinner to ask us how our stay was. Rafael our waiter at the Italian restaurant who was always very friendly and gave us exceptional service. Humberto the chef for always asking us how the food was. The host at the Italian and Mexican restaurant who would always greet with a smile. Aaron aka “buttons” the bellboy for always making us laugh. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back again and again.

Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back to the Wyndham Hotel. The place was super clean, the staff were awesome, and our room was spotless with fresh towels and a fridge stocked with water. The food was really good too most things were freshly cooked, and for breakfast you could even ask for different styles of eggs than the ones already out. There was also fresh-cut fruit every day, which was a nice touch. I also want to give a huge shout out to Gabriel from baggage. He helped us a ton with our Nexus Tour issues there was a mix-up on their end, but he managed to get our excursions rescheduled so we didn’t miss out. On top of that, he went out of his way to surprise my mom with a cake for her 50th birthday, which was waiting in our room. That was such an awesome touch, and we just want to say a big thank you to him for making our trip extra special! The only thing I think would make the stay even better especially for first timers is having a map and event info right at the entrance. It would save guests from constantly checking the website or asking staff, and it would also help people know that some of the dinner restaurants require reservations. Other than that, I had an absolute blast.

I came in having low expectations but I have been blown away. The value for this property is amazing. The service is wonderful, they do a great job training their staff. The resort is clean. The food, although not a lot of variety, is very good. I enjoyed our dinners. There isn’t really a beach here but the location is prime. You don’t cook this resort for the beach, you book it for the location and value. We’ve had a phenomenal experience.
