I think overall this hotel was good. The room is clean and quiet, great for taking a rest. The breakfast also had a variety of foods, vegetables and fruits. I like that they always have soup everyday. All the hotel staff were quite nice and very helpful. The great value, the hotel have a shuttle van to pick up and send off to the airport every hour. However the disappointing thing was you have to buy slippers for 5,000 COP. It will be even great if they could provide free of charge.

I had the opportunity to stay at this fantastic hotel. I stayed in an executive room, which was great—very clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. Although I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast buffet, I did enjoy the snacks, which offered great choices and were served in a very clean setting. The shuttle to the airport was amazing, running every hour.

We stayed in a suit, and the rooms are impressively big with many windows that give beautiful views of the city. Very good beds, and the bathroom makes you get the feeling it's very luxurious. Also a beautiful shower, unlike many showers in Colombia this shower actually let out lots of water with high pressure and hot water. The only flaw was that the glass door to the shower was very badly made so it made a high squeaking sound when you tried to close it and made us worry that the glass would crack, and didn't close completely. Not a big thing, but it takes away a bit of the luxury feeling. Another flaw is that it get pretty cold in the room, probably because of the big windows and we couldn't make the AC go over 19 C. The breakfast is very good and it has lots of options, but unfortunately all the dishes were not well made. The juice tasted like water. However the overall impression is good. If you want to live near the airport this is a very good and clean location, the hotel also offers free transportation to and from the airport. I'd recommend it.
